To enter a game, click on the appropriate tab in the lobby.
After you select the game you would like to play, double click on the the table you would like to join.
Once you arrive at the table, choose which seat you would like to play in. Click on any open seat that says "Join" and you will be seated. You will then be asked how many chips you'd like to buy-into the table with. The minimum amount is displayed and you have the choice to buy-in with all or only a portion of your bankroll as long as you meet the minimum.
In a fixed limit game, the amount you may bet is displayed on the button in front of your seat at the table. Click the appropriate button to make a bet.
In a pot limit or no limit game, your bet amount may vary. Use the slide bar to select your desired bet amount or type your bet amount in the text box. You may also click the (-) or (+) button to change your desired bet amount.
The amount of money in the pot (and side pots) is stated on the poker table.
Move your mouse over the table limit sign and a pop-up box will display the table limit.
You may play at up to five different tables at the same time. Each table is displayed in its own window. Required actions are indicated in the table display located in the lobby and at the tables.
Sorry, but it is not possible to request a seat change.
To request a history of your hand, visit the Live Help tab at the bottom of the screen and click on “Request Hand History”. At the conclusion of the game, we will display the last five hands you have played.
To leave the table click on the "Leave Game" button. If you have a hand in progress, then you may either fold your hand and then click on the "Leave Game" button, or you may click on the "Sit Out" button. The "Sit Out" button allows you to leave the table when your hand is complete.
Our tables offer multiple languages and currencies. The table language is represented by a flag in the table list located in the lobby. This list can be sorted by language by clicking on a corresponding flag.
The currency used at a table may vary depending on, for example, the table language. On a British table, all game action may be in GBP. When joining a table, you may buy chips in the table currency through the table cashier.
